May Day Picnic

**Ticket sales start Thursday, April 1**

As a replacement for the annual Shamrock Ball Father-Daughter Dance, The Town of Farragut and Kiwanis Club of Farragut will host the first May Day Picnic on Saturday, May 1, from 6-8 p.m. at the new Mayor Ralph McGill Plaza on the grounds of the Campbell Station Inn. Fathers and daughters of all ages, as well as all family members, are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Some snacks will be provided (more information to come), as well as to-go goodies and crafts, a photo area, music and dancing. Bring your lawn chairs, camp chairs, picnic blankets and food. No chairs or tables will be provided, so bring your best picnic gear and attire! Parking will be available at the Farragut Community Center, 239 Jamestowne Boulevard. No on-site parking is available.

Tickets will go on sale starting on Thursday, April 1. Proceeds from this year's event benefit a charity (TBA). Tickets are $20 for a couple and $30 for a family and must be ordered in advance: there will be no ticket sales at the event. Visa and Mastercard will be accepted. Tickets can be purchased while supplies last online or at the Farragut Community Center (Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) through noon on Thursday, April 29.
